Vegetable Stir Fry

Vegetable Stir Fry. Cook fish or meat first and add to the stir-fry towards the end, if you prefer!

Ingredients
  • Selection of Vegetables of your choice (Peppers, Mushrooms, Onions, Brocolli, Bean Sprouts, White Cabbage, Grated carrots)
  • tbsp rapeseed oil
  • pinch cajun spice (or seasonings of your choice)
  • pinch ground black pepper
  • oz freshly grated ginger
  • tbsp Soy Sauce
Instructions
  1. Heat the wok or large pan with rapeseed oil.
  2. Add & stir fry the vegetables.
  3. Season with some cajun spice or seasonings of your choice, ground black pepper, freshly grated ginger & Soy Sauce.
