Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • cup fresh/frozen cooked prawns
  • 1 tin sweetcorn
  • pepper halved and deseeded
  • Formaggio Da Pasta (it's a dry cheese found in the pasta aisle)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
  2. Boil & cool 1 cup long grain rice. Place in a bowl.
  3. Add 1 finely chopped onion. Add fresh/frozen cooked prawns. 1 tin sweetcorn.
  4. Halve & deseed a pepper & fill rice mixture into each half.
  5. Sprinkle Formaggio Da Pasta ( it's a dry cheese found in the pasta aisle) over it & bake in oven for 15 minutes.
