Quick Noodle Lunch

Quick Noodle Lunch! You can also add chicken or prawns.

Ingredients
  • 1 Nest Uncooked noodles
  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Onion, sliced
  • 1/2 Green & Red Pepper
  • 2 tsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Garlic clove, crushed
Instructions
  1. Place the noodles into a small pan of lightly salted boiling water. Cook for 1 minute. Drain & set aside
  2. Preheat a Wok or pan and heat the oil. If you want to have chicken - cook it at this stage, remove and add back with the noodles.
  3. Add the onion, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and stirfry for 3-4 minutes. If you want to have prawns, add them at this stage,
  4. Add the Oyster sauce, Soy Sauce, Salt and Pepper
  5. Add the Noodles. Stir fry for a further minute until all the noodles and vegetables are mixed.
