Ingredients

Nest Uncooked noodles

Green & Red Pepper

Oyster Sauce

Soy Sauce

Rapeseed Oil

Garlic clove, crushed
Instructions

Place the noodles into a small pan of lightly salted boiling water.
Cook for 1 minute.
Drain & set aside

Preheat a Wok or pan and heat the oil.
If you want to have chicken - cook it at this stage, remove and add back with the noodles.

Add the onion, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and stirfry for 3-4 minutes.
If you want to have prawns, add them at this stage,

Add the Oyster sauce, Soy Sauce, Salt and Pepper

Add the Noodles.
Stir fry for a further minute until all the noodles and vegetables are mixed.
