  • Place the noodles into a small pan of lightly salted boiling water. Cook for 1 minute. Drain & set aside
  • Preheat a Wok or pan and heat the oil. If you want to have chicken - cook it at this stage, remove and add back with the noodles.
  • Add the onion, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and stirfry for 3-4 minutes. If you want to have prawns, add them at this stage,
  • Add the Oyster sauce, Soy Sauce, Salt and Pepper
  • Add the Noodles. Stir fry for a further minute until all the noodles and vegetables are mixed.
