Couscous Breaded Fish

Couscous Breaded Fish oven baked. Seasoned with garlic salt, ground black pepper and lemon pepper seasoning.

Ingredients
  • 2 Fillets of Cod or any white fish
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 tsp Couscous
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 Lemon
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180° Line a baking tray with tin foil & brush the oil over it.
  2. Whisk the egg in a bowl
  3. In a separate bowl, add the couscous, garlic salt, black pepper and lemon pepper seasoning.
  4. Dip the fish into the egg and then into the couscous breading.
  5. When each piece is fully coated, place each piece on the baking tray.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes on each side.
  7. Serve with wedges of lemon and salad.
