Baked Potato and Beans Lunch

Ingredients
  • 1 Maris Piper Potato
  • 100 g Baked Beans
  • 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. The Maris Piper potatoes are great for steaming and are perfect for this dish. Or you can bake from scratch. Heat the beans in a small pot about 5 minutes before the potato is ready.
  2. Pre-Heat the oven to 180 - Pierce the potato, and place on a baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes until cooked through
  3. Steam then Bake
  4. Pre steam the potato for 20 minutes. Bake for the final 10 until the skin is nice & crusty.
  5. Cut the skin down the centre with a knife. Season with the salt and pepper. Spoon the beans into the centre and serve.
