Total Time: 65 mins
Ingredients
  • 2 lb Bacon Ribs
  • 2 tbsp Cajun Spice seasoning
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° The best way to cook these ribs is to bake at a reasonably low and slow temperature.
  2. Season the ribs and place meat side down in a baking tray. This can be done in advance, and covered in plastic wrap in the fridge to marinate. Cover with tin foil and bake for 60 minutes. Depending on how meaty the ribs are, they might need a little longer.
  3. When cooked, they sould be fork tender. Allow the ribs to rest for 5 - 10 mintes and then either cut into singles or in groups of 3 or 6. If you decide to use a barbecue sauce instead - remove the ribs, and brush with the sauce on both sides about 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Return to the oven without the tinfoil for the remaining 5 minutes.
