Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 1 slice Grilled Bacon
Instructions
  1. Heat the Grill and place the bacon under to cook
  2. Add a teaspoon of rapeseed oil to the pan. Heat and then add the egg. Cook to your preferred taste - soft, medium or hard.
  3. Slice the tomato and serve either grilled with the bacon or cold.
  4. Season with some freshly ground black pepper
