Instructions

Heat the Grill and place the bacon under to cook

Add a teaspoon of rapeseed oil to the pan. Heat and then add the egg.
Cook to your preferred taste - soft, medium or hard.

Slice the tomato and serve either grilled with the bacon or cold.
